    Dr Yoshida is amazing. Even though it had been a year since I last saw her, she remembers details and did a great job of encouraging me to remember how far I have come.

    Maybe just check with the patient to see how much information they have when starting the visit. For most of us this is our first time dealing with these citations and our understanding is not as great as your because you do it everyday.
